1-The processing of a reservation in any of our boats or services implies the express acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions of the reservation.

2-The boats or services provided by other companies are governed by the contract and the hiring policy of said companies.

3-The delivery time of the boats is from 9.30 am. The return of the boats at 6.30 p.m., with the exception of the boats  that have mooring in the port to spend the night.

4-At the time of signing the contract of the boat, the client must have with him the accreditations and the pertinent documents to be able to make the rental, otherwise, Formentera Bysea reserves the right to make said rental, not taking place the client to claim the payment made as a reservation.

5-In the case of boats without the need for certification, only the identity document and be over 18 years old are required. The rest of our boats can be carried with titulin, PNB, PER or its international equivalent depending on the length and engine.

6-At the time of signing the contract, the client must leave a variable amount of money as a guarantee in each situation, said guarantee must be left without exception, with a credit card or in cash only. (Debit cards are excluded).

7-In the case of boats without a license, the client will be given 30 minutes of explanation on the basic notions of the use of the boat, safety, and they will be offered a map and a guide to the navigation areas, they will also be made recommendations of safety and navigation, as well as an orientation of where the best beaches and coves of the island are located.

8-All our boats have basic insurance for third parties, civil liability and occupants.
