Cancellation policy
Cancellations
1-Cancellations by the client with less than a month's notice regarding the date of entry, will be lost the advance or payment.
2-Cancellations made with more than one month's notice regarding the date of entry, 50% of the advance or payment made as a reservation will be returned.
Cancellations or delays by the company:
1-In case of cancellation by the company, the cost of the reservation or advance will be returned to the client. (The client being satisfied and waiving any other compensation).
2-In case of delay in delivery, after two hours, the client may cancel the contract if so I wanted it.
Cancellations due to bad weather:
1-If the sea or weather conditions are not good, the client will be given the option to change the day of the reservation. If an available day is not found, the cost of the reservation will be refunded, deducting the expenses caused by administrative expenses, which corresponds to 5% of the total reservation. Applicable to all those reservations made directly with Formentera Bysea.
2-Reservations made by intermediaries are governed by the cancellation policy of said intermediary companies.
